1. Ketetapan Lembaga Pengarah: Perisytiharan Kesolvenan (Board Resolution: Declaration of Solvency) -

"That having made a full enquiry into the affairs of the company, we have formed the opinion that the company will be able to pay its debt in full by..........................(tarikh) which is a date within twelve months from that on which the company proposes to pass a resolution for voluntary winding up AND THAT authority be and is hereby given to ...................... (nama) and ....................... (nama) to sign at this meeting the declaration of solvency containing these fact s and opinion and that the secretary be authorised to file the said declaration with the Registrar of Companies forthwith."

2. Ketetapan Khas: Penggulungan Sukarela Oleh Anggota (Special Resolution: Members’ Voluntary Winding Up)

3. Ketetapan Khas: Penggulungan Sukarela Oleh Pemiutang (Special Resolution: Creditors’ Voluntary Winding Up)
